Terms of use

1. Nothing here excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. My services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes those guarantees, and if anything in these terms is inconsistent with them, the Australian Consumer Law prevails.

2. What I provide. Benjamin Luke Melody provides these tools free of charge as general planning aids. They are general information only, prepared without knowledge of any individual's circumstances. They are not personal or professional advice about any individual, and no practitioner–client relationship is created by using them.

3. You decide. Anything these tools show you — starter words, templates, example routines — is general information, the same for everyone. It is not advice about your family member, and nothing here is a finding about any individual. You decide what fits: what goes on a board or a schedule, what you offer as a "then", and what you do when your family member uses what you have made. I do not assess, monitor or supervise anyone through these tools.

4. Not a substitute. These tools are not a functional behaviour assessment, a behaviour support plan, an augmentative and alternative communication assessment, or a substitute for advice from a behaviour support practitioner, speech pathologist or medical practitioner.

5. Safety. If a person is at risk of harm, seek professional support. In an emergency, call 000.

6. Your data. Everything you enter stays on your device. I never receive it, cannot retrieve it, and cannot delete it for you. Anything you export, email or print becomes your responsibility.
